Marketplace and booking platform
Simple pricing: a one-off setup fee to build your platform under your brand, then month-to-month support covering hosting, database and updates for as long as we host your platform. No traffic tiers, no locked features. Task-based maintenance for an existing site is further down this page.

Monthly support, no commitment

Through the contact form, with the package you chose if you have one. You get a written reply within 48 business hours.
We confirm the price
The package applies as is, or we send a fixed quote if your case falls outside its scope. Nothing starts without your written approval.

You receive a written report of what was done and checked.

The guarantee shown on the package applies: for example, a bug that isn't fixed is not charged, or it is refunded.

Packages and maintenance
Are prices shown excluding VAT?
Yes. Every price is shown excluding VAT. VAT is added depending on your country and status, and the invoice shows it in detail.
What happens if Meta or Google rejects the verification?
We submit the request again, at no extra cost, until a decision is made. If the request is finally rejected, the package is refunded. The decision belongs to Meta or Google: nobody can guarantee it in advance.
What happens if the problem isn't solved?
For bug fixes, urgent interventions and incidents, nothing is charged if the problem isn't solved. If the package has already been paid, it is refunded.
Can I stop the maintenance whenever I want?
Yes. The maintenance plans have no minimum term. The cancellation terms are set out in our terms and conditions.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. The code, the accounts (Stripe, Mollie, PayPal, Meta, Google) and the access are in your name. We work with access you can remove at any time.
What do you need to get started?
Administrator access to the website or shop and, depending on the package, your company documents (Meta verification, opening a payment account) or the list of competitors to analyse. Each service page details what to provide.
How quickly do you take on a request?
You get a written reply within 48 business hours. With a maintenance plan, the response time shown on your plan applies.
How does payment work?
The deposit and payment terms are stated on each quote or invoice, as provided in our terms and conditions.
Marketplace and booking platform
Can I get only a marketplace, or only a booking system?
Yes — that's exactly the point. The technical core ships with both modules, but we remove the one you don't need before delivering your version: a marketplace only if you sell products or connect sellers without appointments, online booking only if you run a calendar without a multi-vendor catalogue, or both combined. The base price covers one module; combining both is the "Second module" add-on in the list above. A module you drop at launch can be switched on later without rebuilding the platform.
How long until it's live?
Between 2 and 4 weeks from the initial consultation, depending on the number of modules and add-ons you pick. The free 45-minute consultation lets us set a precise timeline before any commitment.
How is hosting handled?
Full site hosting, a dedicated and isolated database (never shared with another client), storage for your images and files, bandwidth with no usage-based billing, plus security updates and technical maintenance of the infrastructure are covered by the month-to-month support. No separate invoices to keep an eye on.
Who owns the platform's data?
Every client gets an isolated, dedicated database, never shared with another client. The content you publish belongs to you.
How far does the customisation go?
Customisation covers your brand (colours, typography, logo), your business categories, your booking or commission rules, your languages and your copy. The technical core stays common to every client, but what your visitors see and use is entirely under your brand.
Is there an alternative to paying the setup fee upfront?
For some projects, yes. Instead of funding the whole setup before the first sale, Eloshon can be paid through a percentage of the marketplace's sales, and then stays involved in its evolution (fixes, optimisation, new features). Terms and percentage depend on the project, how it works and its potential; the standard model remains the fixed setup fee shown above. Both options are discussed during the free consultation.
