How an intervention works
An email is enough: the site address, what is wrong or what you want changed, and access if we do not already have it.
Reply within one business day with the applicable package from the catalogue, or a quote if the scope exceeds a range. Nothing starts without your approval.
Backup before any change, the intervention, then a short report: what was done, what was checked, what remains to watch.
