How it works
Step 1: You describe your website
Platform, countries you sell to, payment methods you want, expected volume.
Step 2: We confirm the package
The matching package, or a fixed quote if your case falls outside its scope.
Step 3: We connect everything
Account, payment, webhooks, shipping or automation: all of it runs in test mode first.
Step 4: Test payment, then production
A successful test payment, then go-live. If it fails at delivery, the package isn't charged.
What you provide
- Administrator access to your website or shop
- The documents the provider asks for: company number, ID of the person in charge, bank account
- The countries you sell to and the payment methods you want
- For an automation: access to the tools to connect
What nobody can promise
- That your account will be accepted: the payment provider decides
- Transaction fees lower than the provider's public pricing
- A payout delay: it depends on the provider and your country
Frequently asked questions
Which payment provider should I choose?
It depends on the countries you sell to and the payment methods your customers expect: Bancontact in Belgium, iDEAL in the Netherlands, cards and PayPal almost everywhere. We compare the providers' public fees for your case before opening an account.
Are transaction fees included in the package?
No. They are billed by the provider according to its public pricing. The package covers our work: opening the account, connecting it, testing and going live.
Can you add a payment method to a checkout that already works?
Yes. Describe your website and the payment method to add, and we will reply with a price before we start.
My website runs on Shopify, WooCommerce or Wix. Does anything need to be developed?
Rarely. These platforms have official extensions for the main providers: the “Online payment ready to take payments” package covers most cases.
