Eloshon Converter help

You are moving your online store to another platform. The Converter turns your old store’s export into an import file for the new one: pick the page below that matches your case.

Checked against the software on November 1, 2026

Eloshon Converter reads a file exported by your current store (products, customers or orders) and writes, on your computer, a CSV file in the import format of Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix or BigCommerce. Local processing: your files stay on this computer.

The Converter connects to no store and imports nothing itself. The import happens afterwards in the new platform, with its own import tool, as its official help describes. Shopware, PrestaShop and Eloshon Scraper files can be a starting point, never a destination.

What is not possible today

  • Customers to Wix. Wix imports products only by CSV (no customers). Today, a customer file dropped with Wix as the target platform opens the The conversion stopped window with a technical detail, then the File step shows, for a file from Shopify, “Unrecognized format: no column has a likely match. Check that this is an export from Shopify (products, customers or orders), or export it again as CSV from your store.”. Your file is not the cause: for customers, choose Shopify, WooCommerce or BigCommerce at the Platforms step.
  • Orders to Wix or BigCommerce. Wix imports products only by CSV (no orders). BigCommerce has no order CSV import. The refusal does not come when you drop the file: the Converter lets you go through the File to Review steps, and these messages appear at the latest when you click Export. For orders, choose Shopify or WooCommerce at the Platforms step.
  • Shopware, PrestaShop and Eloshon Scraper as a destination. These platforms are offered only as a source: the Converter writes no file for them.

Before you import the whole catalogue

The Converter writes a file; it does not check that the target platform accepts it. Start with a trial import of a few products, as the official help of WooCommerce and BigCommerce recommends, then check the result in the new store.
